Jeanie Marie Buss was born in the United States. Her current position is that as president of the Los Angeles Lakers, the owner of the National Basketball Association. Buss is a native of California and grew up part of a wealthy family. Jerry Buss, her father was a businessman in the field of real estate and later became owner of Lakers Entertainment and Sports. Their relationship ended in 1972 and she began to feel that she was emotionally neglected. When she was 19 years old, she began working for the family's business as general manager for the Los Angeles Strings professional tennis team. After that, she established in the Los Angeles Blades team of professional roller hockey. Prior to becoming vice-president of the Lakers She was also the president of Great Western Forum. Buss and her five sisters inherited his Lakers control following the passing of Buss' father in 2013. Every sister was given equal rights. She assumed the office of the president of the Los Angeles Lakers. Buss has also been a part-owner of Women of Wrestling (a Los Angeles-based pro-wrestling organization).
