Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hernnessy (born 25th November, 1968) is a Canadian artist, actress and vocalist who had a major impact on American television. The actress has made famous due to her portrayals in the roles of Claire Kincaid in Law & Order as well as Crossing Jordan. Hennessy demonstrated her skills in independent films like Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Her acting career started in 1988 when she and her sister played twin characters in Dead Ringers. She appeared briefly in Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story in Broadway in the year 1990. It was 1993 when the actress made her way out of musicals, and into the genre of sci-fi as the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. Her big break came later that year when she joined the ensemble of the cult NBC crime drama Law & Order as assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid. This role captivated the audience for three seasons, until she left it in 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has appeared on series and films such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys On The Side, West Wing Angels in America as well as RED Fried Green Tomatoes. For these, she received the Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker is also the recipient from the year 2001 Tony Award for Best Actress for the Broadway show Proof.
